I don’t understand technology.
Perhaps that also makes me the perfect person to write about it.
I’m the internet dunce, the design neophyte, the programming ignoramus all rolled into one.
In other words, I’m your typical customer.
I’m a bit obsessive about startups and entrepreneurship. Perhaps some day, I’ll work up the courage – and find the time – to jump into this pool. For now, I’ll write about them.
I’ll focus here on startups that are interesting, startups that are doing fun, innovative things, startups that are thinking a bit, well, different.
I don’t care about funding status. In fact, I’d much rather focus on the small, self-funded startups – these are often the guys pushing the hardest; they could use some wind upon their sails.
Unlike many others, I don’t think entrepreneurs should necessarily create something that changes the world; if you are creating something fun and unique, that’s good enough for me. Changing the world is overrated anyway (and one day I’ll perhaps write explaining why).
